Cranbourne North is a suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, located in the City of Casey. It is located approximately 40km south-east of the Melbourne CBD. The suburb is bounded by the South Gippsland Highway to the north, the Princes Highway to the east, the Western Port Highway to the south and the Cardinia Creek to the west. The suburb is home to a number of parks, reserves and sporting facilities, as well as a shopping centre and a number of schools. The suburb is also home to the Cranbourne Racecourse, which hosts a number of horse racing events throughout the year.
