Architectural progress invoice template
Prepare an architectural progress invoice with a project reference, claimed stage, service amounts and payment details. Print or export a CSV.
Identify the project, agreed service stage and the work being invoiced. Check prior claims, variations and the payment terms in your appointment before issuing a document.
Complete your own details below. Nothing you enter is sent to Cockatoo. Printing opens your browser’s print options; the CSV can be edited in a spreadsheet.
Check before you issue it
Check the business identity, customer, date, scope, amounts and payment information. An estimate should make its assumptions and validity clear. A progress invoice should match the work and payment stages in the underlying agreement; this template does not establish an entitlement to payment.
For a tax invoice, add the required identification and tax information and label it appropriately before issuing. This page is a starting document, not a compliance certification or a substitute for accounting software.
Read business.gov.au’s invoicing guide and the Australian Government invoicing checklist for the information to include. For a price estimate, see the distinction between estimates and quotes.
