Keilor East is a suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, located 18km north-west of Melbourne’s Central Business District. Its local government area is the City of Brimbank. At the 2016 Census, Keilor East had a population of 4,945.
Keilor East is a residential suburb with a mix of housing styles, including some older weatherboard homes, brick veneer homes, and more recently built townhouses. The suburb is home to a number of parks and reserves, including the Keilor East Recreation Reserve, which is home to the Keilor East Football Club. The suburb also has a shopping centre, Keilor East Village, which includes a supermarket, a post office, and a variety of other shops.
The suburb is serviced by a number of bus routes, as well as the Keilor East railway station, which is on the Sunbury line.
