Springfield Lakes is a suburb of Ipswich, Queensland, Australia. It is located approximately 25km south-west of the Brisbane CBD. The suburb is bounded by the Brisbane River to the north, the Ipswich Motorway to the east, the Centenary Highway to the south and the Springfield Parkway to the west. Springfield Lakes is a master-planned community, developed by the Springfield Land Corporation. The suburb is home to a variety of residential, commercial and recreational facilities, including a shopping centre, a golf course, a lake, parks and a range of other amenities.
