How are credits used?

Each builder generation consumes one credit. Plan and pack purchases add credits to your account ledger after Stripe confirms checkout.

What happens if payment fails?

Stripe handles payment recovery. Cockatoo only grants credits after a completed checkout webhook is received.

Can I use one-off credits with a monthly plan?

Yes. Credit packs top up the same account balance and can be used alongside Launch or Studio.
