Panania is a suburb of Sydney, located in the City of Bankstown. It is located approximately 25 kilometres south-west of the Sydney central business district. The suburb is mainly residential, with a shopping strip located on Anderson Avenue. The suburb is home to a variety of parks and reserves, including the Panania Reserve, which is located on the corner of Anderson Avenue and Tower Street. The suburb is also home to a number of schools, including Panania Public School, Panania North Public School, and Panania North High School.
