Templestowe Lower is a suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, located 19 km east of Melbourne’s Central Business District. Its local government area is the City of Manningham. At the 2016 Census, Templestowe Lower had a population of 8,945.

Templestowe Lower is a residential suburb with a mix of older and newer homes. It is home to a number of parks and reserves, including the Yarra River, Westerfolds Park, and the Templestowe Village Shopping Centre. The suburb is also home to a number of schools, including Templestowe College, Templestowe Heights Primary School, and Templestowe Valley Primary School.
