Port Kennedy is a suburb of Perth, Western Australia, located within the City of Rockingham. It is located on the coast of Cockburn Sound, approximately 40km south of the Perth central business district.

The suburb is named after the Kennedy family, who were among the first settlers in the area. The area was originally known as “Port Kennedy Settlement” and was established in 1841.
