Located in the City of Knox, Wantirna South is a suburb of Melbourne, Australia. It is located approximately 20 kilometres east of the Melbourne CBD. The suburb is bordered by Boronia to the north, Wantirna to the east, Scoresby to the south and Bayswater to the west. The area is home to a number of parks and reserves, including the Knox Regional Tennis Centre, Wantirna South Reserve, and the Knox Regional Football Centre. The suburb also has a number of schools, including Wantirna College, Wantirna Primary School, and St. Joseph’s Primary School. The area is well serviced by public transport, with buses running regularly to and from the city.
