Bracken Ridge is a suburb of Brisbane, Australia located approximately 20km north of the Brisbane CBD. The suburb is located in the Moreton Bay Region and is bordered by the suburbs of Bald Hills, Deagon, Fitzgibbon, Sandgate and Taigum. The suburb is home to a number of parks and reserves, including the Bracken Ridge Park, which is a popular spot for picnics and barbecues. The suburb also has a number of schools, including Bracken Ridge State School, Bracken Ridge State High School and St John Fisher College. The suburb is well serviced by public transport, with regular bus services to the Brisbane CBD and surrounding suburbs.
