The Sydney Central Business District (CBD) is the main commercial and financial centre of Sydney, Australia. It is located on the southern shore of Sydney Harbour and is bounded by the suburbs of Pyrmont, Ultimo, Haymarket, The Rocks, Millers Point, and Darling Harbour. The CBD is home to many of Sydney’s most iconic landmarks, including the Sydney Opera House, the Sydney Harbour Bridge, the Queen Victoria Building, and the Sydney Tower. It is also home to a number of major financial institutions, corporate headquarters, and government offices. The CBD is a major transport hub, with a number of train, bus, and ferry services connecting it to the rest of Sydney.
