North Lakes is a suburb of Brisbane, Australia, located approximately 25 kilometres (15.5 miles) north of the Brisbane central business district. It is part of the Moreton Bay Region and is one of the fastest growing suburbs in the region. North Lakes is home to a large shopping centre, a number of schools, and a variety of recreational facilities. The suburb is also home to a number of businesses, including a number of technology companies. The suburb is well connected to the rest of Brisbane via the Bruce Highway and the M1 Motorway.
