Banora Point is a suburb of the Tweed Shire in New South Wales, Australia. It is located on the Tweed River, approximately 10 kilometres south of Tweed Heads and 8 kilometres west of Coolangatta. The suburb is home to a number of parks, reserves and recreational facilities, including the Banora Point Skate Park, the Banora Point Community Centre, and the Banora Point Sports Complex. The suburb is also home to a number of schools, including Banora Point Primary School, Banora Point High School, and St Joseph’s Primary School. The suburb is also home to a number of shops, restaurants, and other businesses.
